    I enjoyed reading about the current state of your department, and being familiar with the previous culture, I am pleased to see that the turnaround has evolved from concept to reality.

    I deeply connected with your points about execution through innovation, enhancing the “parts-to-whole” ownership and accountability mentality within your team, and how “It’s not just and only about the numbers,” which ties back to one of your earlier posts about how “it’s always been about people.”

    I do continue to wish you the best and hope you are successful in influencing your organization as a whole to “turn the pyramid upside down.” That organization has tremendous potential, and I reflect upon my time there fondly.
